Test Prep
Does test prep really help? According to several studies, it does. have shown that test preparation generally yields an increase in test scores. The National Association for College Admissions Counseling concluded that students engaging in test prep gained increases that were significant enough to make a impact on college acceptance decisions. Even the College Board, who once insisted that test prep could not significantly increase test scores, has now partnered with Khan academy and reports that test prep can actually make a difference. Now, the new question is what type of test prep is right for the individual student.
